Our employee benefits are designed with the individual in mind. We understand and practice the philosophy that if you treat your employees exceptionally well, your employees will treat your customers exceptionally well – which is ultimately what makes a company successful.  This theme runs through every benefit program we have available.

1-800 CONTACTS offers a wide selection of medical, dental, life, long-term disability, accidental death and dismemberment and prescription drug plans.  In addition to these core benefits we offer a full vision plan, flexible spending for healthcare and dependant care expenses, and a comprehensive employee assistance program.

At 1-800 CONTACTS, we observe seven annual paid holidays, with additional vacation time accruals and sick days.  Our Call Center also has a very liberal attendance point system allowing employees to accrue points toward paid or unpaid time off in the future.

Education is high priority with our group.  We offer programs to help you prepare for advancement opportunities through on the job training opportunities, internships and mentoring. Our Tuition Reimbursement program is designed to assist higher education bound employees satisfy the demands of high priced tuition.

Well-baby care is very important to our company and our expectant employees.  As such we offer a well-baby program designed to allow every infant born to a 1-800 CONTACTS employee the best start possible.

OnSight Fitness is our “onsite” wellness center.  We understand how important an active and healthy lifestyle is to our team.  Our wellness team is dedicated year round to our overall health and wellness.  We also have certified personal trainers available all hours OnSight Fitness is open to help not only with workout programs geared toward getting or staying physically fit, but also with the many other aspects of wellness.

Bereavement leave is available to all employees.  We understand the difficult times in store for our team members when a loved one passes.  We provide time off work to help with the mourning process.

20/20 Grille is our onsite restaurant.  Our restaurant is led by a seasoned professional chef that creates many wonderful entrées each day.  Ranging from steak to prime-rib to mahi-mahi to salmon, they prepare it all fresh every day.  Our online ordering process allows you to order from your personal desktop and have the food ready and piping hot when you pick it up.  The menu always includes main entrées, international entrées, health choices, salad bar, sandwich bar, pasta bar, deserts, an a la carte menu and many different side orders to choose from.  The meals are heavily subsidized by the company for the benefit of the employee and all drinks, cereal, fruit and bread items are free to employees.  Our little onsite restaurant has been noted on a number of occasions for the quality of food, design of order system, and the overall expert direction from our Restaurant Manager.

In addition to all the fantastic benefits listed above we also operate in a business casual environment Monday – Thursday with Friday – Sunday as casual.  This allows our employees to feel comfortable all day long, but still maintain a professional appearance.
