1-800 CONTACTS’ goal is to serve any customer with a valid prescription.  We serve 2 million contact lens wearers a year and we receive roughly 50,000 calls per week from contact lens wearers looking to order or asking questions about contact lenses, eye doctors, prescriptions or other contact lens related products.  Working well with eye care providers makes filling customers' orders and answering or finding answers to their questions that much easier.
