Jonathan C. Coon is a co-founder of 1-800 CONTACTS and currently serves as Chief Executive Officer and a Director. While attending Brigham Young University in 1994, Mr. Coon and Mr. Nichols established 1-800 CONTACTS. In 1998, Mr. Coon led 1-800 CONTACTS through an initial public stock offering and today 1-800 CONTACTS is the largest retailer of contact lenses. Mr. Coon received his Bachelor's Degree from Brigham Young University in 1994. Mr. Coon has over a decade of experience in the contact lens distribution industry, was the recipient of the National Year 2000 Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year award and served on the Utah Valley State College Board of Trustees.
Thomas Hale Boggs, Jr. has served as a Director of 1-800 CONTACTS since December 2002. Mr. Boggs currently serves as Chairman of the Executive Committee and Partner of Patton Boggs, which is a national firm of nearly 400 attorneys. Mr. Boggs has been a member of Patton Boggs since 1966. His legislative practice extends into health care, insurance, tax issues and international trade. The National Law Journal has ranked Mr. Boggs one of the top 100 lawyers in the United States every year since inception. He served as Economist for the Joint Economic Committee, U.S. Congress from 1961-1965; Coordinator, National Defense Executive Reserve, Executive Office of the President from 1965-1966. Mr. Boggs is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, the U.S. Court of Military Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Boggs is also a member of the American Judicature Society, and American Maritime and Federal Bar Associations.
E. Dean Butler

E. Dean Butler has served as a Director of 1-800 CONTACTS since January 1998. Mr. Butler currently serves as a Chairman of Sight Resource Corporation, a U.S. company that operates 116 optical retail stores, mostly in the Northeast. In addition, Mr. Butler is an owner of and Director of Vision Express Philippines, an operator of optical superstores in the Philippines, Guam and Singapore. In 1988, Mr. Butler founded Vision Express in Europe, which merged with the French retail group, GPS, to form Grand Vision in late 1997. In 1983, Mr. Butler founded Lens Crafters and served as its Chief Executive Officer until 1988. Prior to 1983, Mr. Butler was employed by Procter & Gamble in various marketing positions since 1969.
Frank LaGrange Johnson has served as a Director of 1-800 CONTACTS since October 2006. Mr. Johnson founded LaGrange Capital Partners, an asset management firm specializing in event driven investing with over $300 million in assets under management, in May 2000. Bloomberg Markets Magazine ranked LaGrange as the highest returning event driven fund (minimum $100 million in assets) in the world for the three year period ended September 2005. LaGrange also received the 2003 GAIM award for the best event driven fund with a three to four year track record. Prior to forming LaGrange, Mr. Johnson spent four years with CoMac Partners, a distressed securities fund. Prior to CoMac, Mr. Johnson was an analyst focused on risk arbitrage and other event driven strategies at Chesapeake Partners. Prior to Chesapeake, Mr. Johnson was a management consultant for McKinsey & Company, where he advised banks, telecommunications, and energy firms. Mr. Johnson has also held positions in Merrill Lynch’s Investment Banking division and with Perry Partners. Mr. Johnson holds a BA from Brown University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Stephen L. Key has served as a Director of 1-800 CONTACTS and the chair of the Company's Audit Committee since August 2005. From 2001 to March 2004, Mr. Key was a member of the Board of Directors of Aurora Foods, Inc., during which time he served as the chairman of the Board's Audit and Compliance Committee and served on the Board's Independent Committee. From 1995 to 2001, Mr. Key was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Textron Inc., and from 1992 to 1995, Mr. Key was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of ConAgra, Inc. From 1968 to 1992, Mr. Key worked at Ernst & Young, serving in various capacities, including as the Managing Partner of Ernst & Young's New York Office from 1988 to 1992. Mr. Key is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
Bradley T. Knight

Brad Knight has served as a Director of 1-800 CONTACTS since August 2000. He is the President of Retirement Living and Executive Vice President of TV and Media for Erickson Retirement Communities. He is responsible for leading Erickson's efforts to launch a national television presence targeting the over 70 million Americans age 55-plus. Prior to joining Erickson, Brad was the Vice President of Operations and the General Manager for Flextronix serving in Malaysia, Texas, and Mexico. Flextronics is the leading electronics manufacturing service provider with annual revenues of over US$ 16 billion. He also held the role of Executive Vice President of Operations for Adaptix, a manufacturing company specializing in software/hardware systems (WiMax) for wireless broadband service.
John F. Nichols is a cofounder of 1-800 CONTACTS and currently serves as Vice President, Trade Relations and a Director. Prior to his current position, Mr. Nichols served as Vice President, Sales until March 2003. Mr. Nichols is a certified optician in the State of California and was the owner of the Discount Lens Club from 1991 until February 1995.
Mr. Nichols worked with Bausch & Lomb as a Senior Sales Representative from 1989 to 1991.
Garth T. Vincent has served as a Director of 1-800 CONTACTS since July 2003. Mr. Vincent is a partner in the law firm of Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP. Mr. Vincent has particular expertise in the contact lens industry. He has served as 1-800 CONTACTS' national litigation counsel, handling nearly all of the Company's most significant litigation as well as various regulatory matters before the Federal Trade Commission, Food & Drug Administration and state regulatory boards throughout the country. He has also been actively involved in the Company's legislative activities at both the state and federal level. Mr. Vincent is also active in several bar and professional organizations, including the American Bar Association (Antitrust and Intellectual Property Sections), the California State Bar Association (Antitrust Section) and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. He was selected as "Outstanding Young Lawyer" in 1996 by the J. Reuben Clark Law Society (Los Angeles Chapter) and presently serves on its board. Mr. Vincent received his bachelor's degree from Harvard University in 1985 and his law degree from the Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California, Berkeley in 1988. Following graduation he served as a law clerk to U.S. Solicitor General Charles Fried and, later, to the Honorable Patrick E. Higginbotham of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
