My prescription for BC is 8.6 but your option is 8.60/8.70, also m dia is 14.2 and your is 14.40. What is the difference?

  The Provision Premium lenses are marketed under a number of different names. No matter which name you order, the lenses are identical, they just come in different packaging. The manufacturer has chosen to label the base curve differently depending on the name on the package, however the physical measurements of the lens are still identical. However, since your diameter measurement is different, it would probably be a good idea to verify the information with your eye doctor to ensure you are ordering the correct brand.
