  It would be best to confirm the prescription information with your eye doctor, but it appears this is referring to your power and your add power. The first number (+1.25) would be your power or sphere. The second number (+2.00) should be your add power.

  No, unfortunately the Frequency 55 Multifocal lenses are not offered in color. There are currently no colored multifocal lenses on the market.
