We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all orders. If your prescription changes, we'll even let you return the unused lenses, as long as they are sealed in their original packaging. Once we verify your new prescription, your lenses will be replaced and sent to you. We are also happy to replace torn lenses.

  • Need to Exchange your lenses? Got a new prescription? Free exchange of unopened lenses!
    • To exchange your lenses all we need is your new prescription information and then we’ll ship the new lenses to you and provide you with a pre-paid return label.
    • The return label is attached to the order invoice and all you need to do it attach it to the outside box.
    • Take the lenses to be returned to your mailbox or Post Office and they will take care of the rest.
    • To avoid being charged for the lenses, simply ship the old lenses back within 30 days of setting up the exchange.
  • Don’t wear contacts anymore? Super easy, hassle free returns!
    • Contact us and we’ll e-mail or send you a prepaid return label to send back the lenses.
    • Please plan on 5-7 business days for us to receive your lenses.
    • Although we process your return and refund your card within 24 hours, it may take your bank 3-10 business days to reflect the funds in your account.
  • Did you have a torn lens? Is your lens blurry? We’ve got you covered with a free replacement!
    • If you have a problem with the lens then we’ll replace the lens or apply that credit toward your next order. No need to send the lenses back and no questions asked.
