An online vision exam like ExpressExam is good for someone who still sees great with their current prescription and just needs to renew it. 

While ExpressExam is a convenient and affordable option to renew a contact lens prescription online, it’s not a replacement for a comprehensive eye exam. If you’re experiencing vision problems or eye discomfort, have never been fitted for contact lenses, or haven’t seen an eye doctor in person for more than four years, we recommend scheduling a visit with your eye doctor.
