Does 1-800 Contacts take vision insurance?

Yes. 1-800 Contacts is an in-network provider for:

· Davis Vision
· Superior Vision (Versant Health)
· Spectera (United Healthcare)
· Blue View Vision
· Anthem BCBS (administered by EyeMed)

Have a different benefits provider such as VSP or EyeMed? Getting reimbursed is simple: Just place your order (online or by phone) and complete the out-of-network form (click here to download), then submit both the invoice from your order and the completed form to your insurance company for reimbursement. It's that easy.

How much will vision insurance save me?

Can I buy glasses and contacts with my vision insurance?

It varies by plan, but many plans cover all or a portion of the following:

· Frames every 24 months
